This is the best way i can describe what is happening. I flush the toilet and a handful of water actually shoots up, not enough force to come out of the bowl but it does have enough force to hit the seat occasionally..It also makes like a ker plunk sound just after I flush then the water shoots up. It seems to be draining and refilling fine but I have a feeling this may be a sign of a more serious problem. Does anyone know what this is and what I can do to fix it.
