My wife and I bought a three bedroom condo built in the early to mid 70's.
Due to our ability to hear neighbor's conversations easily upstairs of us, I feel that I would like to do something to the ceilings and outer walls and adjoining walls to raise the STC
(Sound Transmission Class) to above 50 if possible.
Is there a way to do that without ripping out walls and ceilings. Best Regards Ron Quinn
