From reading the internet it seems my G23's Johnson control's problem is widespread. A service tech said Lennox is on their 3rd version of the ignition board in 7 years! Lennox has a replacement kit with a Honeywell control that does not have the hour lockout. Part number is Lennox 53L90 kit. It's easy to install and so far works great. I purchased from heatcoolparts.com for about half the cost of the dealer installed item! Good luck with your repair!
