Sorry to tell you but Harbor Freight is reluctant to tell you anything about the manufacturer or how to contact them. I have a brand new never used(Chicago Tools)well pump that is too powerfull (1HP) and my well digger suggested I drop down to 1/3 or 1/4HP too avoid dry sucking but after contacting Harbor Freight numerous times all I've gotten was the run around. Finally, they quit responding.So,I wrote them saying they lost a good customer.
