A local radio talk show host that discusses home improvement issues wrote a column pushing to adopt the 2003 International Residential Code. This guy is always pushing something for somebody. I have tried to contact him several times on his web site and never gotten a response. This was kind of interesting because this was on issues with which I did not agree, but I did write nicely, I thought.
Do any of you have any comments about the new code and it's cost to the consumers? I would appreciate any experiences but know that it hasn't been in place long.
