Hello,
I have a problem with (4) of the electrical outlets in my home. These (4) are the only outlets that produce (only) 37 volts of power outage. Why? The rest of my outlets produce 120 volts. I have reset my circuit breakers, to no avail. This problem just occurred within the last (2) days. What is the problem?
