There are special connectors required to make the connection between aluminum and copper. Probably the best thing you could do, is to reguarly (maybe once a year) tighten all the connections on devices (receptacles, switches, etc.). More frequently on those devices that get used a lot, for example, the receptacle that has the TV plugged into it.
