From the ground level - the cap is on and appears to be fixed. Hopefully the rain will stop in the AM so I can go up and look at the flashing. I'm hoping there's a "leak" there.
I see Crown Seal and something like it being advertized by several Chimney Sweeps. The national H/W store chains have a sealer which can be put in place - even in water.
Do these work well? Any better products out there to seal what I believe is the flashing? or is there more which I may need to seal?
