I need to remove tile from a bathtub wall. It is mounted with thin set mortar against backerboard coated with Laticrete (great stuff!). The tile pops off pretty easliy (is this a bad thing?), but the thinset on the wall is pretty stubborn. How can I remove the thinset without damaging the rubber Laricrete coating underneath?
