I have a Trane forced hot air heating unit. I have replaced the fan squirel cage motor...all works fine BUT the fan is out of ballance and vibrates the new motor like crazy. I see there are slide on ballance clips on some of the squirel cage vanes...what is correct way to ballance so fan runs smooth and quiet...?
