paint wont stick to walls

newly cured plaster walls have been primed with bullseye 1-2-3 and painted with glidden satin paint and while tring to tape out room to paint trim , the tape peeled back all the paint, removed all the paint , primed again repainted and while trying to wipe up some pudy from the trim , the wal paint is comming off again , any suggestions? i need some help Was this post helpful?
