unlevel concrete basement garge floor

I have job to convert a 24' X 30' garage to a family room and entertainment center.
The floor slope from the center (12') to the outside wall from 0" to approx'ly 2".
I would like to level with a concrete type product, self leveling type.Problem is
headroom clearance for using a sleeper floor system.
