Newly Construted two family home .Wooden floors with only plywood and the cross beam and thin layer of drywall .I Know that carpet is the cheapest way out but i think the floors is beautiful. i need to know what is the best to use .I dont need to hear all my neighbour private moments.Should'nt there be a Law!
