Bob: This year was an unusual one for us here in the northeast. We had extremely cold (below 0) weather or single digit temps for a long period of time. We discovered that water was leaking in only because we were about to have our ceiling re-done and it became wet. Upon inspection, we found all the boards(inside) and insulation were wet. We have taken down the paneling which covered the walls. The whole north side is wet and somewhat moldy. What do we do? How do we dry it out? Can we? Also, the attic is not well ventilated but has not cause a problem before (we think). We are on a budget but would like to solve this problem both aesthetically and frugally. Thanks for any help. Oh, I guess we should throw out the old insulation?
