I wanted to paint my basement's cinder block walls with DriLoc (sp?) Paint. I do not have a water problem in my basement now, I do have a humidity problem down there in the summer time. I was told by someone in the "Basement Waterproofing Business" that using DriLoc is wrong because it "just traps the water in your block".
Does anyone on this board have an opinion on whether I should paint or not?
