Hi, KLM. Did you remove all the mildew before you recaulked? The old mildew will grow under and through the new caulk and there is just too much of it for a mildewcide to compensate. My best guess is that you should remove all the caulk, or at least all that you can get off, wipe off the area with household bleach, a sponge and rubber gloves, rinse with water and then recaulk.
