If you still have it, there should be a schematic for the blade configuration in the ice machine shoot. If the blades get out of alignment, they will not allow whole cubes to come through... everything is crushed. It's kind of tricky to dissassemble the blade unit, realign it, and then get it back in the machine, but you probably won't spend any more time cursing at it than a qualified Sears technician!
