my mom had a new roof put on her home about a year ago. She never had any problem prior to that with humidity...she now has water around her windows and window ledges daily, which she has to mop up....we are in the chicago area...and it is winter. Can you advise as to any reason for this...she has lived in this home for over 30 years and never had any thing like this in the past. Could the new roof have any association to this problem.
