i have a problem where i bought a house and the previous owners painted directly over the wallboard and it is now peeling all over. Its peeling too much to patch myself but i dont want to hirer a plasterer. How do i get the paint off of the wall without ruining the drywall underneath....will regular paint strippers be to damaging???.....thanks..
