Okay the bank is offering a great price on the house. plus they are putting in 4000$ as escrow money to repair any problems that might come up until july 2003. And that is the reason they argue that if there is a problem you can use the money and repair it. they are selling the house as is. We are first time buyers and so are stressed. again jennifer it is a 3000 plus sq ft house so would you still think the pipe size is good.
