Watchout for high humidity after the doors and windows are installed. If the % RH is above 60% for extended time, mold will grow throughout. You need heavy duty dehumidification to reduce the %RH to about 50% through the construction phase. This is near impossible during the day with trades going in and out. You need 100 pints/day of dehumidification per 1,000 FT^ of space. But overnight good dehumidification will pull down to 50% and hold. Also before the trim and hardwood floors are nailed down, the home should be held for a week or two at 50% RH to shrink the water swollen frame and drywall. Also check basement or crawlspace for excess moisture. Most people don't catch this until to late. Stop doing the rain dance.
