Toilet Relocation

I'm wanting to remodel a very old bathroom. Standard 5'x8', has toilet at the door, then the vanity, then the old tub...Would like to have the vanity at the door, then the toilet, then a 5' glass enclosed 5' molded shower. I'm working with a concrete slab which the landlord will not allow me to break up...Is there any way I can relocate the toilet using standard piping? If not, is there a special kind of toilet I can use to connect to the existing hole without building a platform? Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
