I would Keep looking for a good window in your area.

If you are going to install them yourself, you should spend the extra money on the windows.

Get something like a Certainteed brand with 7/8" insulated glass and a stainless steel ballance system.

Where are you located?

Some of regulars in your area can point you in the right direction.
