We have an old apartment in New York
(built in 1901)Someone covered our wood window
casing in layers of paint and plaster. We've
stripped the paint and are left with
stubborn plaster
Short of hours of tedious chipping and scraping,
is there a way to remove plaster coating?
Will steaming it help?
