Dear Bob,

You have appeared on many broadcasts. I viewed a show 3/1/3 in Minneapolis. You visited a Mohawk Carpets in Atlanta. You followed it with a cleaning demo after a carpet was installed. It was done by someone not connected with Mohawk.

Do you have Mohawk's recommendations for cleaning? They ought to know?
