Dealing with old 2-wire...

I was replacing a receptacle, and there's 3 neutrals and 2 hots coming into the box.

I can explain 2 of the pairs, but the extra neutral has me baffled.

How exactly does one go about finding out what the wire belongs to?

There's a light switch close by, but the wires don't match.
