Hello My husband are looking at buying our first house and we have found one that is about 30years old. It is all out dated wood panels and cabintets in kitchen and hall ways they are asking a good price for the house allthough it does need some upgrades!! How do you go about painting over wood panelling?? And is alot of work and money??
