You got to treat waxing like a art. you must put thin coats down. You must also wait until the floor is dry! Bubbles form when you have too much on your mop. I use a rubber wax applicator to apply finish. Try "Hesco" company based in Ohio. I use cold water for everything. Some company use hot or warm. I dont i have good luck using cold.
