Its sounds like this is a pretty common problem. My light or fan does not work. I was told it was probably the receiver, but I am having trouble finding somewhere to order the receiver since King of Fans (Home Depot gave me this number )says that they need the serial # on top of the fan to order the correct part. (my ceiling fan is on a cathedral ceiling so that is not so easy to get). Why cant I find any information on Hampton Bay and how to reach them? Does anyone have a solution for this problem?
