Jeser, just a thought here; if while you were re-doing the floor, you set the toilet outside, and it was below freezing, you might now have a hairline fracture in the trap of the toilet.
I once bought a new toilet that would start showing water like this, and took the darned thing up 3 times trying to locate the problem.
If it's a tight fracture, heat could make it open up more; try putting food coloring in the bowl, not the tank, and then see if you don't have colored water on the floor. The fracture in the one I had was not visible to the eye, until I had done this. Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
