The instructions that came with it included templates for putting in the cutouts for the fan ducting. It could be either ducted up through the cabinet or straight out the wall.
There are wall caps designed specifically for these types of applications. You basicly need to cut a hole in the wall the correct size and install the cap from the outside. The template will dictate the hole size and location.
Just hope it doesn't line up with a stud in the wall!
