Chain Drive Garage Door Opener

My 10 yr old chain drive garage door opener opens fine but when I try to close it moves a few inches and then reverses. I have already greased the track and it didn't do the job. Also, if I just push on the door a liitle, it does close. Should I grease the side tracks and rollers and see if that would work or is there anything else I can Do?
