I have an inexpensive 3-speed ceiling fan, single capacitor, which I can't get to operate in the correct order. Instead of hi-med-lo-off, the speed sequence seems to be hi-hi-hi-med. I tried a new switch but that didn't help. Do I need a new capacitor, or do I have the wires attached to the wrong poles of the switch?
