As I watched a Bob Vila show one day, they were paving a driveway with recycled asphalt material. I think the next step was to put a hot liquid material over this mixture. This is so that the old asphalt would melt and mix with the pieces of rock and tar in the mixture. Then they covered it with rock and rolled it. The rocks are suppose to work into the asphalt and give a finished look of a cobblestone type of driveway. Does anyone know what this is and how I could find out how to get it and or use it?
