My old bathroom stand-alone porcelin sink has separate hot and cold faucets. Whenever the hot faucet is turned on, there is a terrible walrus type deep reverberation noise that lasts for a couple of seconds. It is so loud that it is heard throughout the whole house. It has gradually gotten worse and worse. Any ideas?
