You need at least five (5) bids from reputable contracts. You probably will pay some where in the middle price range. I would go with all electric, or gas heat/electric A/C. It is a JOB. You will know who will install when you meet him.I've had houses with Carrier, Lennox, Jen and not had a problem. Good installations. Gas A/C is a NO. Good Luck.
