Rheem Criterion furnace

I have a Rheem Criterion furnace and it is very loud. It is in the basement and that helps but you definitely can tell when its running. Besides the loud induced combustion fan, the circulating fan seems to be unbalanced and makes alot of noise also. Does Rheem have a program where they will come out to the house and try to quiet it down or is our only hope to replace the furnace? Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks
