We are remodeling a breezeway, and it has a concrete floor. The floor has been painted and we want to put down either ceramic tile or hardwood lamited flooring. Also we has some uneven spots and would like to know what we can use to even out before we put down floor and if it can be something that will go over the paint. The paint one the floor was put down in the 50's and it must of really been good paint because it is not chipped in one place, just worn from wear and tear. Would sure like some help here, we are ready for the floor. Thank you

P.S. We have already tried 2 different strippers and it has not touched getting the paint off.
