Fiberon Decking vs. cement or another alternative

I have a round pool with a wood treated lumber deck around it. It is splintering and horrible. I am going to replace it this Spring. I thought about cement and a composite deck. It would need to be able to take a lot of chlorine and sun. What would be the best way to do this. I need something that won't crack, splinter, warp and would look nice. I have the decking around the pool and two other decks attached to that. Also, should I fix the fencing around the pool this year or wait until next year to do the fence. (cost is a factor)
