Nancy, here's a website with pictures & descriptions of both a sewage lift pit, and the toilet system I spoke of, which DOES say it will handle a vanity, tub, and laundry sink, so it might serve your needs.
The top picture on the site shows the sewage pit, the second is the "Quik-Jon"
