Just a suggestion , when cutting the abs 3" pipe use a sawsall or hacksaw , you can also buy a abbrasive cutting wire if this area is in a small space . you'll find that useing a grinder/dremel tool it will burn or melt the abs/pvc with a bad odour & smoke .
