Bob, What would result if I lay plastic as a vapor barrior over concrete before I carpet. My basement is dry, but I know concrete is porous so I wanted to stop water vapro from entering through the carpet. My walls have double thickness paneling (we changed to a lighter color)
and 2x2 studs on block. Would the vapor migrate to my walls inducing warpage?
