Sorry I forgot to include the model of my craftsman garage door opener. It's 1/2 HP model# 41A5021-2E Like I said before we managed to reset one of the remotes, but we are having a problem resetting the other. When we try the door keeps opening. If you can help, I would appreciate it. Thank you
