Make sure you get a good paint job, particularly along the bottom edge. Also may want to ask if the back of the sidng was primed and sealed along the bottom edge. If you do not have gutters, watch for water damage where rain runs off the roof and splashes on the siding. I will be replaing my siding this spring because it was not properly sealed when installed and water penetrated from rain and wicking from the concrete foundation causing rot in several places (6 year old Florida home).
