I have an old fibreglass boat that has been recently painted but has started to blister. Not sure what the paint is or why it is blistering but I guess that it needs to come off. What preparation do I need on the stripped boat and what is the best paint to put back on. I would like to spray it myself so idealy it needs to something non toxic.
