I was looking into buying a townhouse that was built in 2001. I asked the builder about the second floor. They said it was made with wood-frame and Gypcrete. Isn't it poured-in concrete is much better? Or are they the same thing. I really don't know anything about house construction, I just want to make sure that I'm buying a safe house.
