My house is about 40 years old and the cabinets are made out of a smooth shiny type of material just like the Brady Bunch from TV. The cabinets are brown exactly like the Brady Bunch kitchen cabinets, and some of the doors are orange and white. I would like to paint the white and orange doors a different color. Because of the type of material these cabinets are I am uncertain as to what type of paint to use. These cabinets can not be stripped. It is almost like a facing on top of wood. Please help me with any suggestions to get rid of the 70's look in my kitchen. Thank you.
