Septic leach feilds vs Ejecter systems

My present septic feild is over twenty years old and needs replacing.My exesting feild has fifty yards of stone. A new feild in my area (south central Manitoba, Canada) requires one hundred and fifty yards. I do not have space to put a feild this size. I would like any information that is available on injecter systems. I believe this would be a superior system as the water is not pumped into the ground and will evaporate quickly.
