Repairing existing Thermopane windows

I have 20 year old Thermopane brand windows. The windows, themselves, are still in good condition.However, The metal "helix" screw supports, that allow me to raise and lower these windows,have broken. Where can I obtain replacement hardware, to fix these windows; as my only alternative is to by new windows
