I live in an apartment building with 3 levels.I am on the bottom.My neighbor that lives on the 3rd level has a pitbull and instead of walking his dog he puts him on the balcony and lets him urine and have his bowel released on the balcony.Now this has been going on for 6 months.Whatever the dog does drops on my patio.The balconies are wood.Does the urine effect the wood? I have 2 small girls.Would this be a health issue for me and my children? This dog has also urine on my dog is it harmful for him?
